Revenue Management Implementation & Training

 

Amelia Island Plantation hired Hannah Marketing Group to implement a revenue management system and train our staff on its use. We have now been using the system since the spring of 2000, and the results have exceeded our high expectations. It paid for itself in less than a month, and is one of the most important revenue-generating tools we have.

As the practice of Revenue Management has become increasingly complex, the needs for formal training have also grown. Working with the property's Revenue Management Team on both an individual and team basis, Hannah Marketing will develop a customized Revenue Management process for the property and a training program to address the specific needs and opportunities for improvement.
