Jeff has ten years experience in Information Technology, including eight in the hospitality industry.
As Director of Information Technology, Jeff is responsible for the programming of online satisfaction research and shopping surveys, design and maintenance of all databases, and design and maintenance of the company’s state-of-the-art online Management Reporting Systems (“M.R.S.”) used by the company’s research clients. He is also responsible for coordination with the clients’ IT staffs and development of interfaces with the clients’ database mining and email vendors.
