Hannah Marketing’s Food and Beverage Opportunity Assessments are designed to make any operation more successful from both a quality and amenity standpoint, while also achieving the best possible profit margin. The assessment begins with a 2-day Guest Experience Evaluation (Mystery Shop) of the property, followed by an analysis of guest demographics, revenue trends, target markets, staff feedback and guest feedback. Where appropriate, this analysis is done by outlet and meal occasion. The information is then used to determine the most appropriate 1) service style and quality, 2) food and beverage quality, 3) menu development and selection, 4) ambiance and atmosphere and 5) work flow efficiency to drive both higher guest satisfaction and a higher profit margin.
