Background

 

Ms. Walker has over 20 years of experience in the area of sales and marketing, 15 of which have been in the hospitality industry.

Prior to joining Hannah Marketing Group as Senior Consultant, Ms. Walker served as the Director of Sales for The Vail Cascade Hotel & Club, a four-star/four-diamond resort. In that capacity, she oversaw the successful conversion of the resort from a Westin franchise to an independent, and its subsequent upward repositioning. She directed a staff of nine sales managers and telemarketers and two sales offices.

Ms. Walker began her hospitality career in Wisconsin serving as a Regional Sales Manager for Bergstrom Hotels, an independently-owned hotel chain.

Before entering the hospitality industry, Ms. Walker was a Sales Manager for a major food brokerage located in Denver, Colorado. In that capacity, she was responsible for selling and marketing a variety of nationally-branded products.

 

Education

 

Ms. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Business Administration in hotel management from the University of Denver.
