Ms. Loftness has 19 years experience in the hospitality industry,
including database management, e-commerce, reservations systems,
revenue management, customer satisfaction research and computer
systems.
An associate of Hannah Marketing Group, Ms. Loftness is also
a principal in Profitable Customers. Prior to forming
Profitable Customers, she served as Director of Operations
for GORP.com, an adventure travel e-commerce business.
Prior to that Ms. Loftness serviced as Vice President of
Relationship Marketing for Station Casinos, Inc. In this
capacity, she created a centralized customer database
and loyalty program, developed a sophisticated campaign
management system to analyze customer acquisition costs,
opened a direct mail center, launched personalized website
and email marketing programs, established a multi-faceted
centralized call center for seven casinos and oversaw the
revenue management for six hotels.
Prior to joining Station Casinos, Ms. Loftness served as
Total Quality Management Facilitator, Reservations Manager
and Service Express Manager at The Westin Hotel Indianapolis.
She began her hospitality career with Radisson Hotels
International where she served in a variety of
property-level positions and then as corporate computer systems
coordinator. In this latter position, Ms. Loftness installed
and provided software support for hotel sales and catering systems
and co-designed the database system for National Sales Office
Account Management.
