Background

 

Mrs. Kaehly has 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working with restaurants, hotels and resorts. She specializes in Quality Assurance and Food and Beverage consulting.

Prior to Joining Hannah Marketing Group, Mrs. Kaehly served as Performance Plus Manager and Resorts Recruiter at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. In these positions, she maintained the Quality Assurance program for The Hotel Hershey, a Four-Star, Four-Diamond resort, and three other properties within the resorts group. As Performance Plus Manager, Mrs. Kaehly was responsible for standards development for 88 positions, position training for front line employees and the planning and development of training strategies. She also recruited line and staff level employees for the resorts group, from seasonal interns to executive level positions. Prior to holding these positions, Mrs. Kaehly managed three of the food and beverage outlets at The Hotel Hershey, including the Circular Dining Room, its AAA Four-Diamond restaurant.

Mrs. Kaehly has extensive experience in free standing restaurant operations, banquet operations, room service and catering operations.

 

Education

 

Mrs. Kaehly holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University with a minor degree in Spanish. She was the recipient of the 2000 Emerging Professional of the Year award from Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society.
