Background

 

As Director of Guest Research, Mr. Saunders is responsible for overseeing all guest satisfaction research projects and providing actionable recommendations to clients based on guest research findings and trends. Other duties include customized survey design, analysis and client assistance with the company’s state-of-the-art Online Management Reporting System.

Prior to joining Hannah Marketing Group, Mr. Saunders served as a Senior Analyst at Corona Insights, a strategic research and consulting company based in Denver, CO. In this role, Mr. Saunders specialized in large project management; specific projects included a multi-year Marketing Assessment Study for Colorado State Parks and a Bi-Annual Cost of Living study conducted for the Colorado Legislative Council. At Corona, Mr. Saunders was the lead analyst on a diverse array of both quantitative and qualitative research and consulting projects. Mr. Saunders specialized in needs assessment evaluation, branding research and visitor research while at Corona.

 

Education

 

Mr. Saunders holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management from Clemson University.
