Ms. Pate has over 25 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing. Most
recently she was a Partner with National Resort and Club Management. NRCM specialized
in the management of resorts with multiple components including hotel, ski, golf,
club membership and real estate. NRCM secured and delivered management services
to resorts such as PGA National in West Palm Beach, FL and Mount Washington Resort
in Bretton Woods, NH.
Ms. Pate was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Club
Resorts for 12 years. Club Resorts, owned by ClubCorp based in Dallas, TX, is a
collection of prestigious destination resorts including (at one time or presently)
Pinehurst Resort and Country Club, Pinehurst, NC; The Homestead, Hot Springs, VA;
Barton Creek, Austin, TX; Firestone Country Club, Akron, OH; and Palmilla Resort
and Golf Club, Los Cabos, Mexico. During her tenure, Club Resorts enjoyed double-digit
growth for ten consecutive years. During this period, Pinehurst was the site of
several major national golf championships, including the 1999 US Open Championship.
